The location of this hotel was fantastic, with easy access to many attractions and amenities in the city. We were able to explore the city easily and enjoy all that it had to offer. the gym facilities were excellent, with a wide range of equipment available for a great workout. We were really impressed with the quality and variety of machines and weights available.
Aspects: The service at the hotel was quite disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, particularly at the front desk.

The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfectly maintained with attentive staff. Cons: One minor issue was no available parking when we arrived during peak hours.

Excellent gym, spa, and swimming pool facilities. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Feels like being on a cruise ship experience. Great onsen with all expected facilities. Good recommendations for restaurants at the club lounge. Conveniently located near the Gangnam shopping area. Polite and helpful staff, even accommodating breakfast in the room
